Veela Energia is a Brazilian company manufacturing its own designed energy storage systems including home and industrial devices with the aim to benefit our customers by reducing their energy costs through rational consumption in peak periods and providing backup power during grid outages ensuring a smarter and more reliable power supply. Our portfolio contributes to the modernization of the electricity sector, which undergoes a major paradigm shift due to irreversible low-carbon requirements, invariably linked to the sustainable production of clean and renewable energy. In partnership with a Utility we are pioneering a unique technology of a Virtual Power Plant system which allows homogenization and balancing of eventual intermittence and low predictability of renewable sources, providing a cushion between generation and consumption throughout the day. Thus, energy storage, along with distributed energy resources, constitute one of the pillars of the current energy paradigm. Our belief is to provide innovative solutions that smartly manage the Distributed Energy Resources aiming at increasing the quality, safety and savings of our customers' energy consumption.
