Who we areVelvet Dust is an online, Austin-based quarterly magazine dedicated to the arts and the community. We explore art, fashion and culture through editorials, design, interviews, video art, and other forms of digital media. We are dedicated to emerging artists and to providing a platform for quality work from up-and-coming talent, both in Austin and throughout the world. What we doEach quarter our team creates a theme, produces content and also edits and curates submitted content. Our focus is on creating a balance of compelling, thoughtful and beautiful content and creating a curated digital space for the arts. Contributors are given freedom to work within the assigned theme for each issue.
