VentureScale was founded in 2013 as one of the first 50 Social Purpose Corporations in the state of Washington. Our purpose is to accelerate the sustainable growth positive environmental and community impact programs. We measure growth in both financial terms and social and environmental benefit impacts.Many companies know "Why" they should have positive environmental and community impact, yet they often miss on on the "How." We provide the process, tools and know-how for the companies to organize, articulate, amplify and measure their impact strategy.VentureScale in partnership with UWTV is producing the next episode of a television show called Impact Over Easy: http://www.impactopportunity.com. Impact Over Easy is an interesting opportunity that blends the traditional business breakfast with an executive interview in a televised format. You can see the trailer for the past episode on the website. Audience members will have the chance to participate as a part of the program. VentureScale's inter-generational leadership provides the ability to connect with executives to the same degree as the staff. We use the context of "Impact" as the common framework for discussion and dialog to occur between Executive leadership and the shop floor employees.
