This course is the realization of the musical project by the dutch Foundation "Stitching 1939" from 2007 in Spain. Through ongoing research and development of new teaching techniques, this foundation organizes musical and pedagogical activities based on the Dutch educational system. The unprecedented success of the past editions of the course in Buitrago del Lozoya (Madrid), La Fresneda, El Frago (Zaragoza) and Santiago Millás (León), has reaffirmed one of the most original music courses in Europe.Verano Musical targets young musicians of all levels and ages (12 up). There will be individual violin, viola, cello and double bass lessons as well as group, chamber music, improvisation, orchestral and Alexander Technique sessions, all given by international professional musicians.
