Verge llc is an ongoing experiment in self-organized teaming where Flow and Team Flow intersect. We have formed an open team in the emerging field of Mental Fitness (i.e. Flow), where we are continually testing out the principles of open participation.An "open" team where no one is an employee and no one is a boss, but qualities like leadership, entrepreneurship, creativity, authenticity, care and collaboration are essential.
