"As a new first time home buyer I had many many questions which I am sure they hear all the time. However, they took the time to answer clearly & concisely every question I had holding my hand through out the process with a personal touch I would never have expected-they simply went above & beyond. Moreover, I managed to secure the BEST rate period with them regardless of other brokers I spoke with. I need to mention this because I called my bank of 20 years & asked to make an appointment before I picked up to call Alicia & Susan & they gave me an appointment to see someone a week later, which to me is incredulous, especially when I said I was in a rush and needed to get moving on this ASAP. I was very disappointed - I picked up the phone called Alicia & before I could even get to my bank appointment I was provided with a preapproval for a purchase amount & a mortgage commitment at a rate that my own bank even when they finally got the time to speak with me said they could not match. Simply put I was blown away by their personal touch, professionalism & exceptional rates. If you're buying your first home or any home & just need REAL genuine folks to speak with, call them & you will not be disappointed. I also want to mention I am not the sort of person that would say the above without feeling I needed too.
