The Veteran Employment Transition Team (VET Team) was founded in 2012 by Veterans for Veterans. All of our instructors are Veterans of our nation's military and of the commercial Sector. Their business backgrounds include executive positions in both product and service focused companies. From Fortune 50 Companies to Small Business Owners all know what employers are looking for in the workforce. Having experienced the challenges of transition and the inner workings of the "hiring process" the VET team is uniquely qualified to assist Veterans and Businesses in meeting employment goals. Since 2012 the VET Team has assisted hundreds of Veterans in identifying employment targets and meeting or exceeding their employment goals. Located across the United States the VET Team uses the Mobile Training Team (MTT) concept to go to Veterans to conduct training on behalf of federal, state, and local government agencies. Moreover, course offerings are "Quick-Turn" in duration as each course is no longer than 40 hours in duration. Eight of every ten VET Team Veteran/Students are successful in attaining meaningful employment.
