Our ultimate goal at Veterans Credit Repair is to create a better established, educated consumer with increased buying power who can and will realize the dream of home ownership. A Veterans Credit consultant will review the credit report to include the derogatory information, late payments, charge offs and collections. Our goal is to obtain as much information from from the client as can be provided on each account. Items such as origination dates, dates of last activity, amounts owed. We do not expect you to know all the answers but as many as possible. We will then research and investigate each account, review open trade lines (accounts on the credit report the clients are currently paying on) and provide the best advice on how to manage those trade lines to obtain the highest score possible. Veterans Credit has a secure web portal that allows the client to go online and login 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to view the file and see the work in progress. Each time Veterans Credit leaves a note or when a change is made on the file, the client will receive an email and a text message on their cell phone asking them to login to view the results of the credit repair process. Included in the web portal is a credit education section and a note section which allows the client to communicate with Veterans Credit during the process. There is also an attachment section of the portal that allows the client to electronically upload documents in order expedite information transfer to Veterans Credit.
