VETS RPO is an acronym: Vocational Education Transition Services/ Recruitment Process Outsourcing. Yeah, we thought you'd agree that VETS RPO was much easier! Whatever you call us, our name represents the services we provide to the customers we serve: Military Veterans and Employer Hiring Partners. When we connect our two customers together correctly, we provide immediate value to both. VETS RPO, with offices in Houston, TX and San Diego, CA, was founded in January of 2012 with a simple mission: Transition more veterans from heroes to hires. We start with our employment partners to understand their labor needs, and then we source, train and transition military veterans who are a good fit for their jobs. VETS RPO helps veterans add additional skills and education to their military foundation, such as transition tools, vocational training and industry certifications. The combination of military training and VETS RPO programs produces an excellent hire for employers, creating greater retention and productivity.
