VFP (Voice of Free Press) is one of the leading online media in Maldives. Covering areas of politics, judiciary, social, sports, entertainment and lifestyle, VFP is a 24/7 online source of information. VFP is run by an esteem group of journalists working in pursuit of free and independent media in Maldives. Our journey started in 2012 with the establishment of CNM which was shut down in 2016 due to political pressure. Refusing to rest their pen the free journalists established VFP on 19th October 2016.
