Vibrant Energy Holdings Private Limited ("Vibrant") is an investment holding company headquartered in Singapore. Vibrant, through Ahana Renewables, is a majority-owned subsidiary of ATN International ("ATN"), a public US corporation listed on NASDAQ (NASDAQ: ATNI).Formed in 2016, Vibrant has subsidiaries in Hyderabad, India and London, UK. Its core business is to develop, own and operate utility-scale solar farms in India. It is capable of managing the full life-cycle of projects using in-house expertise. Vibrant focuses on greenfield projects using India's 'Open Access' framework to sell power directly to large commercial and industrial consumers utilising the local grid infrastructure. Thus far Vibrant has 50MW of capacity operational, and will be scaling up through acquisitions and developments over the next two years. Going forward, Vibrant is looking to expand into new regions in Asia and into new project types.
