Vichaar Foundation is a not-for-profit organization which aspires to harness the power of science, information, & technology to address the global challenges of our age.We are a new organization and because of our limited resources (funds & manpower), we are doing "one thing at a time". We are working on our first project: Follow The Leader, a state-of-the-art system that will generate accurate and up-to-date Bio Data & Performance Scorecard for politicians.
