Vicky Sarmiento is a digital marketing and communications professional with a decade of experience in the social impact, B2B and B2C sectors. She specializes in digital marketing consulting for start-ups and SMBs, with a focus on high level strategy and execution planning in the earned, paid and owned media spaces. Vicky is inbound certified and a seasoned content developer. She has created and led multi-channel marketing initiatives and has worked with a number of clients in the public and private sectors including the Clinton Global Initiative, BabyNoggin, and the APDA, scaling their content efforts and increasing their overall traffic and presence in the digital ecosystem. Prior to these roles, Vicky was deputy campaign manager to the successful election of the first openly gay Albany Councilman and was the Press Secretary for NY Senate Majority Leader. Before that, she was Director of Business Development for a mid-sized consulting firm in New York City, where she focused on demand and lead generation campaigns to increase the firm's presence in the Higher Education sector.
