Patty Vogan is the founder of Victory Coaching International, a leadership and communications training company based in San Clemente, CA and we serve clients all over the globe. A Southern California native, Patty fulfilled a childhood dream when she moved to the South Pacific and the Kingdom of Tonga to open a scuba diving shop and sport fishing/whale watching tour business. She successfully operated the business for seven years before selling.After returning to CA, she served as vice president of business development for the Ocean Institute, where she helped to raise more than $16 million in capital to build an educational facility for children to learn about science and become stewards of the ocean. Today she helps CEOs, Executives, and Teams by empowering leaders and individuals to achieve their full potential in business and life.A celebrated speaker and author, Patty Vogan inspires audiences worldwide with her fun loving style and candid sharing of life experiences. Her natural ability to relate to people from all walks of life ensures her message and lessons have a lasting impact. Patty's first motivational book, "Surf-VIVAL Handbook for Land & Sea," was released in 2006 and used surfing as a metaphor for life. Her second book, to be released summer of 2011, recounts her adventures in Tonga weaving in valuable leadership lessons.
