So a customer driven focus requires entrepreneurship, courage and persitance:results are intangible and less predictable - most of the time.But like Mahatma Gandhi said:"A customer s the most important visitor on our premisesHe is not dependent on usWe are dependent on himHe is not an interruption of our work.He is the purpose of it.He is not an outsider in our business.He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him.He is doing us a favor by giving us the opportunityto do so."Bring heart and soul (back) in your business..But truth is: if you look after getting the repeat business, the profit now will largely look after itself.
