Vidyaan is providing mobile Apps to Schools, colleges, universities and institutes. Based out of Bangalore, we are currently serving to schools and colleges in and around Bangalore. Vidyaan is an all in one platform, that takes care of every day needs of schools, colleges, universities and institutes. Vidyaan includes the communication channels similar to whatsapp groups, like channel for each class, channel for entire school, channel for cultural clubs, channel for school/college staff etc. Within each channel, we can send notifications and news post. Further these channels are totally customizable as per the school needs and policies. One to One communication is also included in vidyaan. Vidyaan provides a dashboard that contains tools to automate the school routine activities. These include attendance, school bus tracking, post assignments, notes, track payments , post school timetable , apply and approve leaves for both students as well as staff, publish school magazine, run school radio, get parents feedback to name a few. Vidyaan was conceptualized in June 2015 by its co-founders, Shreyamsa and Gautham. Earlier the Co-founders had worked on a school App for one of the reputed Chinese school in Malaysia. During this process, they realized that this kind of an App is very much needed for a market like India which has a large number of educational institutions. Vidyaan incorporated in Dec 2016 formally, but it exists in terms of concept, development and marketing from the last one and a half years. All this while, the company is financed by its co-founders.
