Through our strong focus on competency-based training of healthcare professionals for delivering patient care and using that knowledge to provide patient education, Vidyanta bridges the gap between the healthcare system and the patient to produce better outcomes.Vidyanta has training centers at Medanta Hospital, a 1,600 bedded multi-specialty hospital in Gurgaon; a 30,000 square feet training center with a 100 bedded boys and 100 bedded girls hostels on 3.5 acres at the Amritsar Medical College Campus and Government Polytechnic College Indri. In addition, Vidyanta has 529 established skills labs in government secondary schools in nine states.For nurses, Vidyanta provides training resources from aspiring nursing students to seasoned nursing professionals. For nursing students, Vidyanta provides AHA BLS training for final year nursing students. For newly graduated nurses, Vidyanta provides clinical training for working in a corporate hospital environment. For seasoned nursing professionals, we provide advanced training for specialized clinical areas. Over the last six years, we have provided over 325,000 hours of clinical training.For medical technicians, Vidyanta offers Healthcare Sector Skill Council certified courses for Emergency Medical Technician, Cardiac Care Technician, Operating Theater Technician, Dialysis Technician, Medical Lab Technician, general duty assistants/nurse's aides and home health aides. The duration of these certified courses is between three to twelve months.For healthcare corporate clients, Vidyanta provides skilled healthcare professionals who are trained to the client's protocols; as such, these professionals have an immediate impact on the client's performance.For patients, Vidyanta is focusing on providing short-term courses on various diseases, such as diabetes and cardiac arrest and human development courses, such as immunization and child development.For Class IX to XII students, Vidyanta provides healthcare training in the government secondary schools under a four-year healthcare program for Patient Care Assistant and Vision Technician job roles, which is embedded into the school curriculum. We are present in 529 schools in Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab and Telangana. To date, approximately 35,000 students have undergone or are undergoing training.Vidyanta is recognized by the National Skill Development Corporation, the Healthcare Sector Skill Council, the American Heart Association, Punjab Skill Development Mission and Haryana Skill Development Mission.
