Vietnam Authentic Food Group (VAFG) is a not-for-profit organization and the governing body of Vietnam Culinary Ambassadors Network. The ambassadors help preserve authentic Vietnamese culinary culture throughout three regions by publicly showcasing authentic Vietnam food businesses. VAFG's facilitators help organize activities and workshops for artisans and professionals so that they may collaborate with international colleagues and jointly promote authentic culinarily culture. This creates the basis for many companies to develop international systems of authentic Vietnamese food businesses, and promotes an ideology of peace through Vietnamese culinary culture.
