Vietnamese Foodies is one of the most exciting new additions to Dubai's growing culinary landscape, offering authentic, fresh, naturally healthy and affordable southern Vietnamese dishes to UAE food lovers. Conveniently located in Dubai's JLT (Cluster D) area and owner operated by Executive Chef Lily Hoa Nguyen, Vietnamese Foodies' menu takes inspiration from the culinary diversity of Ho Chi Minh City and its abundance of flavorful and affordable dishes. All dishes are lovely prepared using the freshest ingredients using classic techniques – including Pho simmered for 14 hours - with the aromatic flavors of the food transporting diners from Dubai to the bustling streets of the Vietnamese capital with foodie favorites including Pho, Bun bo Hue and Goi Cuon (rice paper rolls) among many others. Vietnamese Foodies' dishes feature the richness and abundance of textures and flavors that southern Vietnamese cuisine is recognized globally for, as it also features a variety of naturally healthy paleo, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free dishes, with many dishes cooked in broth or water instead of oil.
