The Vietnamese Heritage Museum (VHM) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the preservation and exhibition of our Vietnamese refugees' heritage. VHM collects and shares the testimonies and artifacts that tell the stories of the Vietnamese refugees. We wish to preserve this heritage for present and future generations to reflect upon. OUR MISSIONThe purpose of the Vietnamese Heritage Museum is to search, collect and preserve testimonies and artifacts that document the history of Vietnamese refugees, who fled their country after the communists took over South Vietnam in 1975, and also to inform, and share our heritage with others interested in their Exodus. OUR VISIONOur collections of testimonies and artifacts will be made accessible throughout the world via the internet, mobile exhibits and museum displays. The history of the Vietnamese refugees will be made available not only to the current generation but also their future offspring, as well as to those who empathize with our struggles for freedom and treasure our heritage.
