Vietubes Corporation Ltd commenced commercial operations at the end of 1997 as a joint venture between the PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Company (PV Construction) and a consortium of foreign companies. The principal business of the company is to provide threading, endfinishing for the OCTG; repair and machining services for the oil-tools and drilling equipment, for the oil and gas industry in Vietnam. Vietubes was one of the first local companis to obtain ISO 9002 certification and is authorized to apply the API monogram on the products manufactured in accordance with to API 5CT and 7.
