"VIGA" has been granted by the Energy Commission in Mexico – "Comision Reguladora de Energía -, CRE", four Energy Permits to generate a total of 139MW, in the state of Baja California and Sonora, México. "VIGA" is in the process of obtaining additional Energy Permits for 2018-2019 1.- 250 MW (Solar) in the municipality of Tecate, Baja California.
