Chef Dieter Koschina has been working at Vila Joya for more than 27 years and is holding two Michelin stars since 20 years - something truly exceptional for a restaurant, that offers a daily changing six-course-menu to its guests.For light and different meals during the day, the Pool Restaurant is available and now for the second season "Vila Joya Sea" – open for lunch, great sun downers and dinner with a very Asian influenced menu.The Vila Joya SPA offers a series of thoughtful treatments to regenerate mind and body and also offers fitness facilities.The resort is managed by and named after its owner, Joy Jung in second generation.
