Employers and clients have included the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group, Rideau Valley Wildlife Sanctuary, the Ottawa Mission, World Skills, Citizen Advocacy of Ottawa, Ottawa-Carleton Lifeskills, Carefor and more. Heather is a board member with Volunteer Ottawa and the Rideau Valley Wildlife Sanctuary. She is the past Vice President and Membership Chair of the Canadian Public Relations Society Ottawa-Gatineau chapter. Born and raised in Ottawa, she is a proud alumna of the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University.
