MINNEAPOLIS, MN, March, 2014Last fall, Alpha Investment Advisors, Inc. merged with Boulevard Wealth Management, LLC, retaining the BOULEVARD name and giving the firm a strong Midwestern presence almost overnight. Known as "The Life Cycle Wealth Management Company" (a reference to its conservative, life planning model and risk management philosophy), the combined firm has now merged with Villars Midwest, an independent insurance agency based in the Twin Cities. Derek Villars, CLU®, CASL®, President of Villars Midwest was excited about the transition: "I have looked for 12 years for the kind of caring and comprehensive work that BOULEVARD offers its clients and am pleased to be integrating with a team of this caliber." The merger with Villars Midwest is expected to complete during the 2nd quarter. Details of the merger were not disclosed.
