The Vincose Growth Fund, LP is an aggressive growth long/short equity hedge fund focusing on small/micro caps. Its foundation is built upon the advanced business intelligence, process management, and risk management strategy that has been consistently improved upon. It utilizes a bottom-up approach seeking superior fundamentals and technicals of small cap companies during market uptrends. Yet, it takes a top-down approach, based on the overall stock markets, for determining when to go long/short and take profits/raise cash. Both Long and Short ETFs based on the Russell 2000 index are utilized only when market conditions warrant such usage. The essence of this fund is to cherry pick those few promising small cap equities before they make their rapid advances along with providing diversification through the usage of ETFs based on the Russell 2000 index. It also aims to protect capital in the fund by raising cash at the start of market downturns and shorting the Russell 2000 index when appropriate.
