VIP Health Care (上海至鼎健康咨询有限公司) is an education company based in Shanghai, China. We are dedicated to providing equal developmental opportunities to all children.We provide early childhood development programs in China using the US based Learning Accomplishment Profile (LAP), for which we are the exclusive operator in Greater China. We offer E-LAP (English language based program for 0-3 year olds), LAP3 (English language based program for 3-6 year olds) and C-LAP (Chinese language based program for 0-6 year olds) programs.We also provide training, lectures and a host of other services to allow people who share our passion to run their own centers.Our partner from the US is CHTOP, who was established in 1969 with funding from the US Federal government to develop and provide educational services to young children. The strategies and materials developed by CHTOP are known as the LAP (Learning Accomplishment Profile) System (formally know as the Chapel Hill Model). The Model includes assessment instruments, curricula, and strategies for parent involvement and family-centered programming. The LAP System was validated unanimously for "exemplary program status" by the U.S. Department of Education's Joint Dissemination Review Panel and we continue to be a national provider of training and technical assistance services, as well as a provider of direct services to families and children through the US Government's Head Start Program.
