Coast Utility Contracting Ltd (Coast) has been operating on Vancouver Island since 1993. Previously operating as Coast Powerline Ltd, we have streamlined our operations to solely providing excavation services as a division of CCH Group – a diverse group of local businesses including VIP Powerline Ltd, VIP Powerline Corp (USA), Caird Mechanical Contractors Ltd, and Coast Utility Contracting Ltd. We provide utility construction services including water and wastewater facilities, energy distribution and transmission, and telecommunications infrastructure. Our customers range from private residential owners, to water, wastewater and utility owners in both municipal and industrial groups in the public and private sectors. We have a highly-skilled team of operators and a wide-variety of equipment including:- Excavators (mini to mid size)- Dump trucks- Back hoes- Skidsteers- Hydrovac truck- Crane trucks We embrace new challenges and work collaboratively with our customers to deliver outstanding results.
