VIP Syndicate is an investment company that acquires multifamily real estate to help our investors pursue their life passions.Before starting VIP Syndicate, I worked as an executive for a very successful public company. Every aspect of my job was great by most standards. Then came the birth of my son and that changed everything! I wanted to spend more time with my son. In February 2017, I left the corporate world to do just that. The challenge was finding a way to replace my previous income passively so that I could still be in control of my time.The solution was multifamily real estate. I could buy an apartment building that could fund my current lifestyle while still maintaining control of my time. The apartment would go to work instead of me!As I talked to the VIPs in my life (family and friends), I realized that many could benefit from this strategy to pursue their own passions - retire early, create a travel fund, donate to charities, spend time with family, etc.I found that most are unable to pursue this investment opportunity unless they are wealthy, have the skill set to evaluate the investment opportunities, and/or know someone who is in this business that they can trust.I created VIP Syndicate so that my family and friends could co-invest with me if they wanted. By co-investing, we could purchase larger apartments than acquiring alone. We have assembled a professional team to find, evaluate, acquire, and manage great multifamily investments.
