The VACSB represents Virginia's 39 Community Services Boards (CSB) andone Behavioral Health Authority (BHA) in state and federal public policymatters, including state and federal funding considerations, impactingCSB/BHAs and/or the individuals they serve. The VACSB works to buildconsensus positions on policy, administrative and operational issues ofCSB/BHAs and represents those positions to state agency partners, theGovernor of Virginia and the Virginia General Assembly.The VACSB provides training and development opportunities for CSB/BHAstaff as well as our community stakeholder partners.
