A complete line of shredders, starting with light shredders for wood applications, up to large heavy duty shredders Virtus recycling machines range in drive power from 2.2 kW up to 200 kW and cover the whole spectrum of size reduction applications in waste to energy and biomass. Granulation and size reduction of plastics, e.g. scrap from blow and injection molding or extrusion processes, requires a lot of know-how and experience. VIRTUS EQUIPMENT has a long history in the design and implementation of size reduction equipment and offers a product portfolio which is as wide as the spectrum of materials that need to be processed. VIRTUS EQUIPMENT granulators in the A and C series are specially designed for in house recycling applications in line with the production machinery. The regrind can be directly reintroduced into the production process or stored in a central silo. We offer the small L Series, and the X Series to achieve high throughputs. Our shredder offering also includes the W Series for wood and regenerative fuels.Our granulator product lines cover a full range of sizes and applications. From the compact granulators of the C Series machines, commonly used in paper, wood and other biomass applications to create a small consistent practical size. The large H Series Heavy Duty Granulators are also used in these applications as well as high throughput operations and demanding post-consumer recycling. .
