Hence our strong MIS team always ensures that the data is upto date along with daily reports been sent to end customer. Since we are working in multiple states , we ensure that our regional call centre team interacts in the local language with the end customer to ensure there is no communication barrier. We have our own In-house IT system and delivery app through which deliveries are updated on real time basis and sent to our client via API. Geo-cordinates and images are captured as a part of POD ( proof of delivery). Our client gets a portal login through which real time information can be accessed at any time along with MIS reports.
