Vision Association for Culture and Arts was established in the 9th of February 2010. VACA is a non-profit and non-governmental organization that does not belong to any political party. VACA deeply believes that children, youth, and women are the hope and the strong vision for the future.Mr. Milad Vosgueritchian and Miss Manar Wahhab founded this center which became a charitable association in 1stof January 2008. The range of our work was and still the area of Bethany, Abu Dees and Sawahrah (suburbs of Jerusalem).The overall objective of the VACA is to develop cultural and educational means which is lead to promote the well-being of our community by serving children and children with special needs, empower youth and women's development in the areas of Bethany, Abu Dees and Sawahreh.
