The Vision Earth Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to global ecological communications. We have accepted, as ours, the mission to acquire or otherwise develop and disseminate pertinent information and programs regarding all species of life on earth and their habitats. Our effort is towards educating and informing the Earth's population about issues critical to planetary survival and growth.Cinematographer and Eco-Adventurer David Haylock first conceived of the non-profit Vision Earth Society during the filming of "Dolphins, Home to the Sea" a 52 minute documentary film. The wonderment and majesty David experienced while diving with dolphins motivated him to create a vehicle that would funnel resources and talent towards documenting and distributing productions that could share this beneficent vision of Life On Earth. Aware that the fastest way to educate is to entertain, David has seen to it that The Vision Earth Society produces programming that is designed to strike a chord with the audience. In the years since David first took his camera diving with the dolphins, The Vision Earth Society has expanded it's purview to encompass a wide range of both natural phenomena and humanistic endeavors growing into a multi-faceted community exploring everything from aqua-marine adventures under the sea, to the philosophies and regimens that offer techniques to optimize and celebrate life and this planet we inhabit.If we, as the custodians of the Vision Earth Society, had to distill the encyclopedia of topics we accept and pursue, one simple statement might be:"Planet Earth exists to nurture us, providing mental and physical sustenance and opportunity for growth as humankind evolves and reaches out into the Cosmos. Humankind's responsibility, in return, is to provide a beneficent stewardship that maintains and supports all life forms and resources for the betterment of all on this living planet."
