VPC is a registered MBE/WBE and certified small business in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, Baltimore City and the District of Columbia. VPC has a long, successful experience in solutions for the five Mission Areas of Emergency Management: Prevention, Protection, Mitigation, Response, and Recovery. While VPC assists FEMA with policy and program development in disaster related areas, we implement these programs at the state and local levels.
