Our Purpose: The Construction and Engineering Industry is now at a critical crossroads where it needs to ensure a confident, skilled, diverse, sustainable pipeline of talent in order to support the infrastructure budget of over $100b. The purpose of Visionary Culture is to create an accelerated but sustainable cultural change in the industry and nurture the pipeline of senior executive women in the industry. This will include ensuring they have a clear path developed, are supported by their organisations and industry, as well as supported by Visionary Culture along their journey. We will provide: - Training, mentoring and coaching for preparation of women for senior roles;- Organisation consulting for culture change and support of management to achieve sustainable diversity at all levels;- Develop an extensive register and connectivity of senior women and organisations who have advance and progressive approaches and values;- Create representation of senior women driving interests and thought leadership and facilitation of collaboration for industry wide advancement
