The purpose of Visionary Culture is to create an accelerated but sustainable cultural change in the industry and nurture the pipeline of senior executive women in the industry. This will include ensuring they have a clear path developed, are supported by their organisations and industry, as well as supported by Visionary Culture along their journey.
