VisionPK is the local charity supporting people who are blind, partially sighted, deaf or hard of hearing across Perth & Kinross.We are the only charity in Perth & Kinross whose specific aim is helping people with sensory impairments.Whether you're looking for information about your visual impairment or hearing loss, want to talk through your worries or concerns, or get answers to your burning questions – we are here to help. We will work with you to identify your goals, supporting you to achieve them and live life independently on your own terms.The services we offer include rehabilitation and habilitation services; including information, advice and support, provision of specialist equipment, emotional support, peer support and social activities. We also provide fundraising and volunteering opportunities for clients and the wider community.Our mission is to provide and continuously develop a wide range of high-quality services for people with a sensory impairment in Perth & Kinross, focused on early intervention.We exist to enhance the quality of life, promote the continuing independence and raise awareness of the needs of people of all ages who are visually and/or hearing-impaired and live in Perth & Kinross.As a local, independent charity, we rely on local support to fund our vital services. All money raised by VisionPK stay in the local area for the benefit of local people.
