Next megler suite is Vitec Meglers real estate solution for handling retail and commercial sector. The solution is chosen by most of Norwegian real estate agents.In a world of constant development with new ways of interacting and new legislation requirements a sustainable domain core system is increasingly important. In Next we have continued the best practices from our previous system portfolio and have been delivering core solutions to real estate agents from 1995. The solution is built on a modern technological platform that enables a remote and mobile work environment supporting digital communication, taking care of documentation requirements, automated work processes supporting an optimal workflow. The solutions are delivered with a number of additional components i.e. CRM, bidding portal, viewing portal, customer portal, tip solution as an integrated part of the core solution. The marketing solution Publish is provided as part of Next megler suite. The solution efficiently allows production of sales contracts and digital marketing material in addition to paper prints. To enable the massive innovation and digitalization efforts available in the real estate sector we have made an open API called HUB. Through the API we can provide the best of breed modern and innovative solutions available in the market integrated with Next. Our customers can utilize this towards their preferred partners and achieve an optimal work process suited their business requirements. There are currently more than 50 partners integrated through our HUB API providing additional services to our customers. The Next suite is a web solution delivered on a cloud-based platform enabling the real estate agents to use the tool in their preferred browser. The solution is scalable, and the user interface will adapt to all mobile platforms. This will provide the agent a unique flexibility in their day-to-day work.
