We are artisan roasters/retailers of the finest Cup of Excellence coffees in El Salvador. Coffee is our passion. Brewing it to perfection is our mission.Our baristas have won 1st and 2nd place at every El Salvador Barista Championship (2008, 2009, 2010, & 2011) and competed at the World Barista Championship ranking 9th in 2009 and 11th in 2010.We brew coffee in 6 different methods: Chemex, V60, French Press, Siphon, Aeropress, and Espresso.We roast our COE coffees in small batches every day for maximum freshness.We have 3 locations in San Salvador:- La Gran Via- Galerias- Torre Futura (World Trade Center complex).
