The name, Vivayic, comes from a Sanskrit word that translates into "wisdom from experience" which is contrasted with wisdom from books. This speaks to the essence of why we exist: to help organizations provide meaningful experiences that lead to deep understanding and change in performance and/or approach. We believe learning can be better - better for the people important to you and better in serving your strategic priorities. We engage as your partner.
