Vivekananda Convent High School was started in April 1983, in rented premises for classes Nursery to Class III with 6 staff members, upgrading each year to Class X. • Recognition by the Government of AP was granted in the year 1985 and the first batch of class X passed out in the year 1994 from the present premises.Vivekananda School runs on the principles of Swami Vivekananda, Dr. Maria Montessori and Mahatma Gandhiji. Our school program is based on varied learning methodologies as an agenda, with activities and adventures designed around activity based learning to represent child's style of functioning. Our mission is to ensure that children from below poverty line and economically weak sectors are provided with the best and appropriate educational opportunities
