Home design has always been a fascination for me from a young age. I loved flipping through floor plan books as a kid, and this eventually lead me to a degree in architecture.When I started my own home search, I had the hardest time trying to figure out the home flow from the listing photos alone. With that challenge, Vizhouse Studio was formed.My goal is to help increase the traffic to your listing, while helping narrow down the number of showings because the right buyer will already know the layout before walking in the door.We at Vizhouse Studio come out to the property, take all measurements, and deliver floor plans in the style you desire within 48 hours. Is your buyer or seller needing some inspiration for the property potential? I can virtually stage the space too. These photo renderings will be printed and presented in each of the rooms, displayed during showings.In addition to floor plans, I am well versed in 3D modeling to bring virtual model homes to life to sell before even breaking ground, show renovation ideas before pulling in a contractor, and to help get your ideas from your head (and Pinterest) onto screen!
