OUR MISSION To be the most welcoming, remarkable and diversified fitness studio led by a collaborative and best-in-industry instructor team for our New Hampshire community. VLD Fitness is a fitness studio in NH that specializes in promoting healthy living by offering group exercise classes throughout the area. Our studio was founded on a passion for life, love, community, and happiness. We offer Zumba, Zumba Gold, Toning, Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Body Conditioning, Triple Threat and POUND Fit workouts, and other fitness modalities. We offer a group fitness and one-on-one personal training and private yoga as a home base for women, seniors, teens and university students - to exercise and have fun without any judgment, prior experience, or dance skill. VLD Fitness will direct you on a path to better health and overall wellness with its support network and amazing team of instructors. Located in the heart of Manchester, just a few blocks off Elm Street and across from beautiful Bronstein Park, the studio offers ample free parking and a kids play room. With 15 foot ceilings, LED lighting, natural wood floors, and an advanced sound system, our Flagship location offers a full schedule of classes and can accommodate group parties or private training sessions as well.
