Vocational Coaching & Development Institute, Inc. (VCDI) serves the community of people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We work to provide training, tools and support for independent employment and independent living. Through our in person and virtual program offerings, we help our clients work towards their personal goals of independent living. Our approach to training and support is based in a desire to serve others in a positive and fun manner. At VCDI we have broken the mold for human service delivery. Our virtual platform transcends media platforms and in person services. Utilizing a variety of social media sites and virtual meeting tools we have been able to provide services at a much higher level. These tools have also allowed us to reach those who are unable to attend in person services thus reaching the pinnacle of inclusion and person centered delivery of services.
