Welcome to the Voces Academy Voces Academy is intended to stimulate ensemble culture in choirs, vocal ensembles and madrigal groups. Voces Academy want to create an ensemble culture through concerts, workshops and new types of meetings between musicians and audience. Musical leadership is developed through talent programmes and masterclasses across Europe, and links with conservatoires. Conducting Academy Voces Academy has built a learning environment, where the ensemble is the centre of rotation, and where conducting aspirations and growth start from inside the ranks. Ambitious conducting development and a healthy ensemble culture are built simultaneously. Technique and the improvement of managerial ability are developed hand in hand. There are several offers for aspiring conductors on training courses, and masterclasses alongside participation in training and workshops. Voces Caravan Voces Academy is launching its wider operation in September 2013, with a 'Caravan'. Here 4 young conductors from 3 different European countries will take part in workshops and masterclasses across 3 countries between 9 and 13 September. This will include work in Oxford, UK, Copenhagen and Amsterdam, including collaboration with the Conservatoire in the Hague.
