Voglia di Pane Leonardi S.r.l. was born of three-generation bakers, with more than 50-year experience. Today it is a successful family owned Company, operating in the area of Syracuse city and throughout Sicily.The company is highly specialized in the production of baked products, most of all bread and hard dry biscuits, egg biscuits and in particular:- Whole wheat Biscuits- Milk biscuits- Cocoa biscuits- Almond biscuits- Sesame biscuits - Cookies with chocolate dropsThe biscuits are packed in 200, 250, 400 gr. OPS trays and blisters and then inside heat-sealed plastic bags.The factory, more than 2000 square meters, is located in the north of Syracuse city and it is equipped with the following bakery machineries:- 1 mixer with folding fork – capacity of flour: 250 kg. - 2 mixer with folding fork – capacity of flour: 150 kg - 3 planetary mixers- More than 60 square meters of deck ovens- 4 rotor ovens, with totally 40 sqm All ovens have biomass combustion (wood and almond shells)- 1 bulk packing machine with 2 necks- 1 flow pack packing machine- 3 manual and semi-automatic packing machines for heat- shrinking plastic- Label maker for EAN13 barcodeThe production capacity of biscuits is 3000 kg. per day.The production is controlled and guaranteed by the strictest sanitary controls. The quality control goes from raw materials to distribution in retail shops.In addition to bars, service stations and small shops, we count among our customers hypermarkets of important retail chains.
