VOICEcorps reading service, established in 1975, provides access to print information 24 hours a day, seven days per week for people living with blindness or other disabilities which prevent the use of print. VOICEcorps was the first reading service in the United States to be established by three individuals who were blind.VOICEcorps' more than 200 volunteers read local, regional and national publications and host "live" call-in programs to listeners living in Ohio. Our Mission: VOICEcorps enriches lives by reading printed news and information to people who are blind, have low vision, or other conditions that prevent reading.
