VOICES is a non-profit, anti-poverty, grassroots, advocacy organization. We participate in many different kinds of advocacy, from testimony on public policy to educating the public on the realities of living on a very small income. We publish a newsletter, and have monthly meetings with free dinner and childcare where people come together to educate ourselves on policy issues and ways to take action to create the change that we want to see.
