Vortex GT Racing is a student organization in SLRTCE, Mumbai. We Design and Build Go-Karts for the National Level Racing Competitions. We have successfully qualified all the event for the first time in 3 years of our Go-Kart journey. The Team is divided into 7 separate department of Chassis, Transmission, Steering, Brakes, Innovation, Reports, and Business plan in the making of the Kart.2019 -We have achieved AIR-19 amongst 120 teams registered for the 150cc category, in the 6th GKDC competition 2019 organized under ISNEE India at Buddh International Circuit. Ranks and Highlights - - AIR 2nd Position in Acceleration Test & Brake Test - AIR 4 in Skidpad Test - AIR 5 in AutoCross Test - AIR 12 in Dissassembly Test - AIR 13 in Endurance Race2018 -Team passed with 350 points in the virtual round and gaining 16th Rank. Being one of the 98 teams that were selected out of 190 teams, they further participated im the main competition of ISNEE at KariMotor Speedway, Coimbatore, in February 20182017 -Our Team participated for two events i.e. NKRC (NAGPUR) AND GKDC (COIMBATORE) .We were qualified for endurance race and gained 19th rank in GKDC and 67th rank in NKRC. NKRC was held at in October 2016 and GKDC was held at KARI MOTORS SPEEDWAY, COIMBATORE.
