Follow us⬆️A world where student entrepreneurs can bridge the gap between SMEs and larger businesses💡COVID-19 has been a demanding time for people from all walks of life. Here at VVS, we understand the particular difficulties currently faced by SME business owners during this unprecedented time. With markets changing, time-decreasing, and stress levels increasing, we believe we have the formula to help business owners overcome these challenges. Access to extensive resources provided by the University of West of England, including expertise in market research and marketing, means we can support time-conscious business owners, offering cutting-edge insight into extending their target market. With something to offer the business world, our team of 14 entrepreneurs came up with this dynamic yet dependable approach to consulting. Although our business is relatively new, we pride ourselves on the strong working relationship we have already developed as a team. Now in the second year of our degree course we have all gained a good deal of experience in consultancy work. At the end of each client project, we presented our work to the client and an audience of professional entrepreneurs. It was the extremely encouraging feedback from these clients and entrepreneur presentations which sparked the idea of creating a professional consultancy agency. Businesses we have worked for include Yena, Ice kitchen and JLC Distributions. If we could make a positive contribution to the development of companies as part of our degree course, why not offer this service to SMEs who are often short of time, resources and inspiration and are looking for ways to grow their markets. It seemed to us to be a win-win situation – SMEs gain our enthusiasm, time, resources, innovative and cutting-edge approach to reach their target market or discover new ones, and we gain experience and grow our own company.
